Hubert Gordon "Rip" Cummings Jr.,  MAJOR HUBERT GORDON "RIP", 58, of Montevallo died on July 25, 2005.

Survived by children, Kelly McKee (Joe Frank), Mindy Foster (Chuck) and Curtis Cummings; a brother, Wes Cummings (Beth) and a sister, Penny Allen (Mike) and grandchildren, Cameron and Charlie McKee, Donavan and Colten Foster.

Rip was preceded in death by his parents, Rhoda and Hubert G. Cummings. He graduated from Livingston College and retired from The United States Air Force in 1990 after serving for 20 years. 

Memorial service will be held Friday,July 29, at 1 pm at Montevallo United Methodist Church.
